You may think that they're from totally different worlds, but Justin Bieber and Kanye West cross paths more often than most people realize.
This past weekend, the two shared the main stage at KISS FM's Wango Tango festival, adding to a growing list of shared experiences between both the major stars. It was Justin's first complete performance in two years, and Kanye closed out the show to an arena of screaming fans.
When asked how he felt about appearing alongside buddy Justin Bieber, Kanye responded:
Just kidding, there's little information about the relationship between the two so far. However, Kanye West is producing Bieber's next album along with his fellow "Yeezus" producer Rick Rubin. With Kanye's help, Justin reworked the entire LP, claiming that it's a more mature showing compared to his previous pop records:
I don't want to say it's different because that's what everyone says. But it is different, it's a grown-up version of Justin and I think people will be shocked.
Couple the business relationship with the fact that Bieber is close with Kendall Jenner, Kanye's sister-in-law, and you can see how this might be the new odd couple that leads to shockingly good music.
Though the album has been delayed, we're still expecting to see it before the end of this year. This could be the first glimpse of a powerful musical alliance.
