Gone a week because of scheduling issues, but back again, for another mad cap episode that is The Geek Show! OK, let’s get right down to business, shall we?

By the way - Spoilers Ahead!

So BJ and I saw Avengers: Age of Ultron and we gave our thoughts on the film, and speculated on a few things. We also wondered if Quicksilver was really dead, but since we recorded the show, it has been confirmed that Quicksilver is dead-dead. As in passed on, gone to meet his maker, joined the choir invisible. He is an ex-Quicksilver. But we also talked about some of the things we saw and didn’t see in the movie.

We also talked a little about the new Supergirl TV show, and the news that it has been picked up by CBS. Since we don’t know too much about it, we didn’t get into much detail, but as we hear more, we’ll be touching on this.

Then we got to the big news, as it was released just as we were getting ready to come into the studio for this show. The casting news for the new Captain America 3 movie was released. We run down the list and give our thoughts on who is playing whom. Of course we’ll see some old favorites and some new ones as well.

Thanks, internet!
Thanks, internet!

We’re getting closer and closer to the season finales of The Flash, Agents of SHIELD and Arrow, and we recap the last episode and talk about some of the plot twists that we got served up. Are they setting us up for some big cliff hangers? Oh you can bet your Quinn Jet on that one! And the twist in SHIELD really caught us by surprise!

OMG!
OMG!

Make sure you join us tonight for the last live tweeting session for these shows, as they will be on summer break. But we’ll find something else to tweet about I’m sure.

Better get ready!
Better get ready!

Stay Geeky!

About the Geek Show:

BJ and BIG Rich are just a couple big nerds when it comes to the stuff they love, like comic books, science fiction and the media that relates to them. Hence why they have their own podcast all about it. If you like the same stuff they do, then you'll want to listen to this show.
