CW and DC started a show called Arrow. They had a bigger hope than 'Smallville'. But they didn't knew that the show would hit the stomach and minds of their die hard fans.

Now, the time has changed. DC is the new brand and another name for TV Series Business. It was just the Arrow. But look at it now, The Flash, Supergirl, Gotham, Constantine and now, the biggest venture, named as 'Legends of Tommorow'.

So far, the characters that will appear in the show are A.T.O.M. (Ray Palmer) to be played by Brandon Routh, Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stien, Robbie Amell as Firestorm, Ciara Renee as Hawkgirl, Caity Lotz as White Canary (Sarah Lance), Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold (Leonard Snart), Dominic Purcell as Heatwave (Mick Rory), Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter and the Antagonist of the show and one of the Daddy Super Villain - VANDAL SAVAGE. The cast for Vandal Savage is unknown yet. The Teaser will be released with one of the episode of 'The Flash' as i heard. Here is the teaser anyway :

We all are very well aware of Firestorm, Captain Cold, Canary, Dr. Stein, Heat Wave and A.T.O.M. by the means of two of the already-so-hit shows called 'The Flash' and 'Arrow'. But let me introduce you to the others.

According to DC and Wikipedia,

Kendra Saunders was a young woman who committed suicide. When her soul left her body, her great-aunt, Shiera Hall's soul, entered it. Her grandfather, former OSS agent and globe-trotting adventurer Speed Saunders, recognized this change and encouraged his granddaughter to embrace her destiny as the "new" Hawkgirl.

She believed herself to still be Kendra, even going as far as using the original Hawkgirl equipment, and went out to find the Fate-Child (the reincarnation of Shiera's son, Hector Hall). During her search, she came across the Justice Society of America and became a member.

Reincarnation: Additionally, the Nth metal knife that murdered Hawkgirl in her original incarnation as Chay-Ara had an unusual effect upon her soul and that of her lover Khufu (Hawkman). They are locked in a seemingly endless cycle of death and rebirth throughout the centuries. While not a superhuman power per se, this propensity for reincarnation has allowed Hawkgirl to cheat death and return to active duty in her current incarnation.

Expert Combatant: expert at hand-to-hand combat, skilled in a number of martial arts techniques.

Weapons Expert: excels in the use of archaic weaponry and modern weaponry alike.

Above Average: Hawkgirl possesses the strength level of a woman her height and weight that engages in intensive regular exercise. Her strength is augmented due to the properties of her Nth Metal harness.

Spontaneous Déjà Vu: Hawkgirl occasionally experiences flashes of déjà vu from her past lives. These can often be disorienting, and can also prove distractive in the midst of battle.

Curse: every time she is born again she must wander the earth till she meets again with her eternal soul mate. But as soon as they form a deep bond, they are destined to be murdered again.

Rip Hunter

According to DC Wikia,

Rip Hunter was an ordinary man who used his Time-Sphere to travel through time. Aided by his friend Jeff Smith, girlfriend Bonnie Baxter, and Bonnie's kid brother Corky, they had many adventures in time.

After falling from the public consciousness, Hunter and his team traveled to the dawn of time where they encountered a mysterious yellow pyramid. It aged them many years before returning them to the present. Shortly thereafter, Hunter was recruited by the Immortal Man as part of his team of "Forgotten Heroes." With Superman's help, they were able to destroy the mysterious pyramids and stave off an alien invasion.

Temporal Mechanics: Rip Hunter is an expert in the field of temporal mechanics, quantum theory and the relationship between energy and matter as it pertains to the Space/Time continuum.

Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic): Although Rip prefers the solitude of a laboratory, he has also trained himself in the martial combat lessons from societies and cultures from BC to the end of time. Rip demonstrated his ability to hold his own in a fight when he fought against renegade time traveler Rex Hunter.

The God himself, Vandal Savage is the greatest master mind who had lived on the earth since thousands of years. According to DC Wikia,

Vandar Adg was a caveman and leader of the Blood Tribe who was born 50,000 years ago. A mysterious meteor crashed to the ground, bathing him in radiation, and granting him incredible intellect and immortality. An observer from the Bear Tribe would later approach that same meteorite and become Savage's eternal nemesis, the Immortal Man, possessing the power to resurrect as a new persona every time he is killed.

He took the name Vandal Savage. His first mark on history came when he and a select group of people successfully undermined and destroyed the lost city of Atlantis. That group of people became known as the Illuminati, with Savage serving as its leader, then and ever since.

In the 26th Century BCE, Nabue, a Lord of Order, created the Scarab of Kha-Ef-Re with the help of a time traveler from the 20th century. This was an attempt to overthrow Vandal Savage, who was at that time the pharaoh called Khafre.

Over the centuries, Savage's name appeared over and over again in Western history, as advisor to kings and pharaohs in Sumer, Egypt, and Europe. He claimed to have ruled hundreds of civilizations under hundreds of names: Khafre, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Genghis Khan, and Vlad the Impaler, to name a few. He had also worked as close friends and advisers to the likes of Erik the Red, Napoleon Bonaparte, Ra's al Ghul, Otto von Bismarck and Adolf Hitler. He was the court physician in France, and even used the royal family for syphilis experiments.

Immortality: in the sense that he does not age and therefore cannot die from old age. He can, however, be killed through other means, such as severe injury.

Tactical Analysis

Blood Sacrifice: Savage renews these powers through the consumption of his enemies' blood. Savage must also harvest the organs of his blood descendants to sustain his immortal life.
