Who you gonna call? Not Chris Pratt, apparently.
Hollywood's newest leading man was rumored to be in the upcoming [Ghostbusters (2016)](tag:32733) alongside Channing Tatum. These rumors were rampant back in March with numerous news outlets claiming that the movie's cast would not be all-female. Due to his near-universal acclaim and undeniable comedic chops, most of us responded with an enthusiasm.
That speculation was on the back burner for so long, many of us idealists wanted to assume that it was true.
Sadly, a dreamcrushing interviewer for GQ decided to ask the hard questions and clear up any rumors. When asked if he would be appearing in the new Ghostbusters, Pratt didn't mince words, saying it's all "bullsh*t."
And here's how I'm reacting right now.
That's not to say that this movie won't be great without Pratt. The reliable Paul Feig has assembled a masterful group of comedians including Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, and Melissa McCarthy. There's little doubt that this is going to be a hilarious movie, but Pratt makes everything better.
