Today I watched another classic that I hadn't seen before, Psycho. Psycho is the 1960 horror film directed by Alfred Hitchcock which revolves around an embezzling secretary who while leaving town stays overnight at the Bates' Motel; Psycho stars Anthony Perkins, Janet Leigh, Vera Miles, John Gavin and Martin Balsam. This review is going to be shorter than the others as it is difficult to talk about an older horror film because of the time difference in what people found scary.

So what can I say except I really enjoyed this film and I can see how it is one of the most well known horror films, the only problem I had with it is that I wasn't that scared by it. The film was creepy but nothing actually scared me; that aside this film is wonderfully acted, beautifully shot (especially the shower scene) and excellently paced. So overall I thought this film was very good and I am glad I finally saw it, and taking what I have said into consideration I rate this film:
