Even though George Clooney is no longer the notoriously eligible bachelor that he once was, that doesn't make him any less swoon-worthy since tying the knot to the incredible Amal Clooney (née Alamuddin). After upgrading from bachelor to husband, Clooney has also upgraded his Sexiest Man Alive title for the title of Disney Prince.

In an interview with MTV News, both Clooney and Britt Robertson, the stars of the upcoming film Tomorrowland expressed excitement about becoming a part of the Disney family. Check out their statements on being Disney royalty in the video below:

Pairing the actor with Disney and making George Clooney a real-life Prince Charming feels as if it was decades in the making. I'm just glad we're all finally able to see it happen!

According to Clooney, not only does he get his own set of personalized Disney ears, he also gets to participate in what feels like a piece of Disney history:

This is actually a real Disney film. It feels like Walt Disney has his hand in it, in a way. That’s what was so nice making it. It felt like a real tip of the hat back to the 1950s.

The levels of imagination, creativity, and originality that clearly went into this film based on the previews alone already pay homage to the live-action classics of Disney's past. Personally, I can't wait to see it.

Tomorrowland flies into theaters on May 22.
