Best TV Sidekick

Arrow: Roy Harper aka Arsenal (Colton Haynes)
Agent Carter: Edwin Jarvis (James D'Arcy)
Teen Wolf: Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O'brien)
The Flash: Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes)
Bones: Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz)
And the winner is Carlos Valdes who plays Cisco Ramon on the hit CW show The Flash.

If you watch the hit show The Flash on the CW then you probably agree with me. And if you don't watch the show then you should, because then you will agree with me and find that The Flash is one of the best shows on TV.

What everyone wants to do with Superpowers.

Spock (Star Trek), Willow Rosenberg and Xander Harris (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) , George Costanza (Seinfeld), and Watson (Sherlock Holmes) are just some of the famous sidekicks that have been on TV. And just like each one of these characters did, Cisco Ramon has put his own mark on being a sidekick. With his quirky names for Flash's villains (Weather Wizard, Peek-a-Boo, and Captain Boomerang just to name a few), and awesome references to other pop culture movies, Cisco is someone all fanboys and fangirls can relate too.

So what makes Cisco so amazing, besides his quirky references or scientific intelligence? He is a hero, one that we can all be, without superpowers just like him. He has helped the Flash in every episode this season, whether it be to make his suit more equipped to fight crime or to help figure out how to beat a bad guy (the supersonic punch they used on Girder was Cisco's idea). Not only that but he is one big reason that The Flash is so different than Arrow (talking about the TV shows not the individual people). Arrow is dark and gloomy, despite Felicity or Ray. Flash couldn't be dark if it tried, yes it can be a little gloomy or sad but Cisco (and Caitlin too probably), would bring it back to it's bright feel.

Oh, and he may or may not become the guy below. The creators Greg Berlanti, Geoff Johns, and Andrew Kreisberg haven't given us a definititive answer yet but we can all only hope especially with the ending of the season 1 finale, and Dr. Wells (Eobard Thawne) telling him that he was changed from the particle accelerator, that he might become his superhero counterpart soon. I'm making you want to watch the show now aren't I?

(In the comics) Cisco was trapped in between dimensions when Darkseid entered our dimension using a boom tube (Evil guy, like Thanos) came to destroy the earth only to face the Justice League (New 52 Justice League #4). Now his body is always vibrating at the vibration of a boom tube (hence the name Vibe, a boom tube is like a teleporter of sorts) through the dimensional planes and can now emit powerful vibrations through his hands.

Do you like Cisco, and do you think he is a good sidekick?
