It was announced recently that Marvel's post-WWII spy show Agent Carter has been renewed for a second season, and it will have even more episodes than the first!

YES!
YES!

I know it's really early to speculate on what will be in Season 2, but I've had this on my mind and I want to share....

1. The Captain America Adventure Hour, brought to you by Roxxon Oil

Remember how cool that Captain America radio show was? If Carter gets a second season, they’ve talked about turning the show in 15-minute long Thrilling Adventure Hour-style podcast episodes (TheMarySue)!

What a beautiful day to mend these pants! And my new singer featherweight 221 sewing machine makes stitching so easy! Oh no! Nazis! Again! And they’ve got me all tied up! If only Captain America were here to rescue me (BecauseWhyNot)

I'm waiting for those iTunes episodes with Betty !

2. More Dottie!

I want that....

This time, I would love to hear her referenced under "Code Name: Black Widow!"

3. Captain America Replacements?

In the Agent Carter episode "The Blitzkrieg Button," it's revealed that Howard Stark has the last vial of Captain America's Super-Soldier serum-infused blood. And that the army went through their supply already. But I'm sure they did something with the vials they did have. How about another Captain America?

I'm going to stretch my imagination here. Obviously, that's not Chris Evans under the mask, and the "captain" insignia is different, closer to the traditional army bars. Even the uniform looks a little scruffier, not as "put together" as Steve Rogers. What if, in the storyline of the MCU, there is a different Captain America under there? If what was said in the Hulk is any consideration, most of those non-Steve Rogers serum experiments went very bad...

If they do this storyline in Season 2, I want to see DJ Qualls as the pre-serum Captain America part 2....

Beetle Bailey?

Yeah, I know it's weird but it's also cool...

4. The Winter Soldier

The season finale of [Marvel's Agent Carter](tag:1119765) alluded to the creation of the Winter Soldier with the recruitment of Dr. Faustus. According to the original comics, Bucky Barnes did start "working" for the Russians as the Soldier in 1946. And MCU-wise, Carter did know Bucky.

5. The Asgardian / Inhuman Connection

This past season of Agent Carter referenced almost every Avenger in post-WWII America. Everybody except Thor, who as a "god," would be alive back then. You know who else would be around? Dr. Elliot Randolph, the hidden Asgardian warrior. It would be cool to see him help out Agent Carter on a mission, especially since she would have no idea about his alien past or mythological ties.

When Carter and the Howling Commandos raided the HYDRA base, they found Skye's future mother Jiaying. A newly-minted Inhuman and virtual immortal, she may even start working for Carter and the SSR.

6. BONUS! Hollywoodland and Angie!

Season 2 of Agent Carter is moving to the West Coast and 1940's Hollywood. Since the SSR move Carter out there, maybe fan-favorite Angie will go with her to pursue her Hollywood acting starlet dreams! Fun fact: Angie went out for the role of Betty Carver on The Captain America Adventure Hour!

Any chance of these theories happening?
