I have been commissioned by Movie Pilot to come up with my dream team for the suicide squad. You may look at some of these and think to yourself "Those aren't villains!" but I'm considering anyone who was or is labeled a criminal by some legitimate organization as fair game. Here it is.
We'll begin with Scarlet Witch. Although she joined the Avengers at the end of the movie, she started out as a terrorist, which gives me the ability to use her as part of my list. In the comics and the movie Scarlet Witch is portrayed as an unstoppable badass with a soft spot for her brother, Quicksilver. Her reputation as a criminal also gives her a level of intimidation and a history with other unsavory types that would be perfect for a Suicide Squad op. Besides, who doesn't love that sexy accent?
Next up is Altaïr. A known criminal throughout almost all of the middle east; Altaïr is not only a skilled assassin, but a loyal soldier making him the perfect weapon for an organization such as A.R.G.U.S. While some of his weapons and tactics may seem out of date they have stood the test of time throughout the ages: Renaissance, early 18th century, american revolution, french revolution, industrial revolution (a lot of revolutions huh?) and modern day. Don't believe me? google Desmond Miles.
Despite being a complete and total badass in every way imaginable Sergeant Avery Junior Johnson is also good at comedy relief. A crack shot, enthusiastic leader, never-give-up attitude, and ain't-nobody-got-time-for-that outlook on life all help to make him even better.(cough cough Deadshot cough cough) Just don't ask him about Guilty Spark.
I know this one is stretching the rules a little too far but for my list I needed the best I could think of. Someone who could be put into any situation and not only come out on top, but also make sure that not a single person died. With a name like "The Suicide Squad" you don't quite expect to come back from the mission. Something that has been a problem ever since the squad's inception. In fact, most members of the squad specifically die because they don't expect to come back. As far as which Doctor to choose, that was tough. I needed the one that had gone the most fights without losing or killing, plus one that would sit well with the people reading this (sorry, I didn't think Mr. Celery would cut it.)
I would also like to apologize profusely to the Matt Smith fans, but he's just had too many dark days, I mean just look at this.
When your Doctor character gets you cast as this, you're not doing it right.
