Now that there's a third television show set in the same world as the CW's "Arrow" and "The Flash," that means the possibility for interesting crossovers are endless.
If you're itching to see what is in store for Ray Palmer and the gang on the upcoming show "Legends of Tomorrow," then make sure that you check out our list of the four characters that we'd love to see have a cameo appearance during the first season!
4. Eddie Thawne As Cobalt Blue
Despite the fact that Eddie shot himself in order to defeat his descendant Eobard once and for all, "The Flash" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg hinted to Entertainment Weekly that we haven't seen the last of the handsome cop.
While Cosnett will no longer be a series regular, Kreisberg teased fans by telling Entertainment Weekly that Eddie will be back in some form.
According to Comic Vine, Cobalt Blue is Barry Allen's twin brother who has a gift for sorcery and it would be a fantastic twist if the showrunners resurrected Iris's old flame only to make him a villain in "Legends of Tomorrow."
3. Nyssa al Ghul
Given the fact that Sara Lance is resurrected via the Lazarus Pit in "Legends of Tomorrow," it would make sense that her former flame Nyssa al Ghul would show up for a few episodes.
After all, it was implied in "Arrow" that the two were in love and if Sara was alive, Nyssa would at least want to stay with her for a while to make sure that she was adjusting to "normal" life.
2. Wally West
In the original comics, Wally West is the nephew of Iris and he eventually takes up the Flash mantle after Barry dies in "Crisis on Infinite Earths," says Comic Vine.
Now that it has been confirmed that "The Flash" will explore the multiverse in Season Two, that means it is possible that the showrunners will introduce other heroes such as Jay Garrick and Wally West, writes Coming Soon.
Should Wally join the team as Barry's apprentice, it would make sense that he would have a few cameos in "Legends of Tomorrow" because some missions might require the help of a speedster.
Since Barry's first duty is to Central City, Wally could help Ray Palmer and the others in their mission to defeat Vandal Savage.
1. Booster Gold
Now that the "Legends of Tomorrow" trailer has given DC Comics fans their first hint of the Time Master Rip Hunter, it is entirely possible that the showrunners will eventually introduce his father Booster Gold at some point in the series.
In the comics Booster is a lovable failure who steals futuristic technology in order to travel back in time and become a superhero while living in the past, notes Comic Vine.
Not only would Booster's appearance fit into the multiverse arc in "The Flash," but it would also be an interesting contrast to Eobard Thawne's own time-traveling efforts and the odd fatherly pride he feels for Barry Allen too.
