Everyone loves a girls' night out. Unfortunately, as a 26-year-old male, I've never actually officially been on one, but they do certainly look fun - especially if you're all Hollywood stars.

Recently Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Selma Blair all got dolled up for a night out on the town to celebrate the birthday of Cruel Intentions director Roger Kumble. Of course, all these lovely ladies starred in the hit 1999 saucy drama which was itself a reimagining of the 18th-cenury French novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses. Remind yourself with the trailer below:

But, how do you celebrate a Cruel Intentions reunion? Well, you go and see the The Unauthorized Musical Parody of Cruel Intentions of course. Sarah Michelle Gellar had already seen the production back in April, but it was apparently so good she had to bring Witherspoon and Blair along too. Checked out the Instagramming of their night out below:

Meanwhile, the hashtag-happy Bradley Everett, also snapped Gellar and Blair reenacting one of the film's most famous scenes:

Indeed, it seems like Sarah Michelle Gellar isn't the kind of person who would work with you, then completely forget about it as soon as production has finished. She also reunited over the weekend with Buffy The Vampire Slayer co-star Alyson Hannigan in order to celebrate the latter's daughter's birthday.

I kind of wish I was friends with Sarah Michelle Gellar - and that's not just because I had a Buffy The Vampire Slayer poster of her on my wall in the late 1990s. My appreciation has now moved on from those heady, hormone filled days. Now she just seems rather nice. Don't you think?
