So, Tomorrowland is a new movie out by Brad Bird with the same environmentalist message of making everyone feel like crap about how we treat the Earth, right?
Tomorrowland is a modern sci-fi classic that tells the tale of a man who lost his way and a girl who's trying to find her own. Bird's new film tells the viewer about the crises occurring in Earth's natural habitats and of all the renewable resources being depleted; then it shows us, as a race, that we can make a difference. We do not have to accept the fate we set for ourselves.
The Earth may be in trouble, but we as mankind have the power to save it. Even something as simple as picking up trash on the sidewalk when you see it, walking out of the store. You might say to yourself, "Well, it doesn't make that big a difference if it's just a gum wrapper." but people, I'm telling you... IT DOES.
And it's not just things that have to do with the environment, it's a psychological thing between all of us as humans. Telling someone that they're doing a good job, or offering them moral support in their troubles is something that helps.
Always do your best, you owe it to your fellow man, and you owe it to yourself to never give up on trying to make where you are a better place to live.
If you see the movie, which you all should, you'll see that the ceilings that humans continue to hit with their heads is only there because we put it there.
So, don't be miserable, look up. Look to the stars, because they're not even the limit to what we can do if we band together and never stop trying to help one another along the path of life.
