So everyone is doing this 'make your own Suicide Squad' thing, so I thought I'd create my own of my 10 favorite villains.
First is Doctor Doom, a lot of people aren't a fan of this guy, and lots of people don't really know about him because the last movie he was in was in 2007. This dude is bad to the bone, smart as can be, and will sometimes make Magneto look like a ballerina.
Second would most definitely be the Red Skull, simply because he knows what he's doing when it comes to buggering up the world, he's a freakin' Nazi, and he's called the Red Skull. :/...?
Whoo Hoo! This creepy third addition to the team is Hobgoblin, really any incarnation, overall he was just super dang creepy and major whack.
Okay, so for the first part, I focused on Marvel Villains, and now I'm focusing on DC Villains.
First from DC would be the Scarecrow. Dr. Doom could mess with people's minds a bit, and so could the Hobby, but no one can like the Scarecrow himself. Also, Crane could offer some external knowledge if they were to go up against Batman, or any of the Bat Family, depending on what carnation you're referring to.
I'm going to add Hal Jordan as Parallax back in the 90's, because he definitely skirted the edge of villain and hero. Simply because, Jordan went so mad, that he killed EVERY LAST ONE of the Green Lantern Corps. and took their Power Rings to kill the Guardians. He's a revenge-driven maniac who no one would want to mess with.
Now I'm moving on to other villains from other Copyrights.
My favorite, Skeletor. Just... If you haven't ever watched any of the cartoon, 'He-Man and the Masters of the Universe', you will not ever understand. Please watch it and then get back to me.
Aku is another one of my all-time favorite villains from cartoons. His name is literally Evil in Japanese. Don't mess with him. Watch Samurai Jack and you'll understand.
If you've ever seen the episode of 'Adventure Time' where the Lich kills the Wish Master Prismo, and then is sent to the Citadel, where he takes control of almost all the living creatures, you'll see that The Lich is a wonderfully horrifying addition to any team, and he's definitely NOT a team player.
One of my final additions to my fictional Suicide Squad would be The Monster from 1931's 'Frankenstein'. Especially Boris Karloff playing this enormously iconic role, he's simply brilliant with his tragic manner and his gigantic stature.
And finally probably my favorite anti-hero of all time: Cable. Although he's not really a villain, he would certainly be the leader of a team like this, maybe a trusted leader so the government can sleep well, or at least not worry as bad about this particular endeavor. Either way, Cable flippin' whack and you should be a fan if you're not.
Thanks, as always, for reading!
