We all know Kevin Smith, the director of the cult hit Clerks, Silent Bob from Jay and Silent Bob, acclaimed comic book writer, and the host of the hit AMC show Comic Book Men. Kevin Smith is a very proven writer and director but has never gotten the chance to helm a superhero film. Recently he opened up about which comic book character he would like to bring to the Big Screen as the director, who is it?

The Question, the featureless, crime fighting investigative reporter is the character Smith wants to direct on the Big Screen. The Question has not been utilized much outside of a comic page, but Kevin Smith has hope. The Question definitely has a bit of a cult following, much like Kevin Smith, so the two would work well together.

"I always thought if you were in an alley and f—ing Batman showed up you'd be like, 'Oh f—, Batman.' But if a dude shows up with no features and starts punching you, you would probably kill yourself in fear."- Kevin Smith

Could we really see a Question movie?

The thought of there being a Question movie is extremely unlikely. The Question has always been a bit of a B list character and is probably more suited for television. If there is talk of a film however, Kevin Smith is the perfect man for the job. He seems very interested in the character and could do great things with it. Go Kevin!
