After reluctantly being symbolized as the "Mockingjay", Katniss Everdeen and District 13 engage in an all-out revolution against the dictatorial Capitol.

After the edge of your seat cliffhanger that closed of the last film, fans have been eagerly awaiting the finale to the Hunger Games phenomenon. Katniss and District 13 wage war with the tyrannical Capitol and their evil dictator President Snow in the first teaser for Mockingjay Part 2.

The action and drama is showcased here and serves a perfect tease for what's to come. Katniss is no longer in the Capitol to pageant around as entertainment for Caeser Flickerman's audience, she is here to finish President Snow's tyranny and she's brought an army with her.

In the trailers opening there is a glimmer of hope, Finnick and Annie's wedding allows the characters to escape their daily fears, but Katniss knows that none of this will matter if President Snow isn't brought to justice. “Make no mistake… the game isn’t over,” President Snow smirks.

The Hunger Games franchise was off to a bad start in my opinion, the first film left me feeling rather unimpressed but the two sequels that followed really did entertain me, Catching Fire was one of my favorites of 2013. I have become a big fan of this series. Jennifer Lawrence gives such great performances in these films, I think the best of her career and the supporting cast do a great job also. The films really benefited from Francis Lawrence's direction. One of my complaints with the first film is that the world feels small, and director Francis Lawrence really broadened the scope of the films. I am very excited for this next installment and I'm very curious as to how the story ends as I haven't read the last book.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 hits theaters November 20th 2015.
