There's a lot you can do with $50,000. In some places, you can even buy a house for that price! Or you could do the cooler thing and remodel your basement to look like a fantasy world! That's exactly what Tyler Kirkham did.

"It felt amazing to turn our dream vision of what we wanted the space to be into a reality. I wanted to do something fun with the basement and I love the fantasy world of these games. When you're in there it just has a very unique feel, it's completely different from the rest of the house."

Take a look!

What book do you think that is? Mace Etiquette? Chance's Folly? Wabbajack?

No fantasy world is complete without secret doors! (Seriously. Secret doors are awesome.)

Even the shower is fantasy themed! AND it has a miniature waterfall inside of it! How crazy is this?! (Though, I guess the bathroom should be crazy awesome if it's going to cost $15,000 alone...)

Alright, so maybe pool tables and flat screen TVs aren't exactly fantasy themed, but I'll let this one slide.

Man, just look at all the little details! The helmet on the table by the window, the crossbow on the coffee table, the sacks of flour... I can't image the amount of time that was poured into all of the planning and construction!

"Pretty much everyone's reaction has been the same, whether they know what the game is or not - wide eyes, mouth open, with a shocked look on their faces."

I can understand why! Check out this beautiful kitchen!

I know how I'm decorating my kitchen jars from now on...

And of course, no fantasy world is complete without your armor and weapons nearby! Tyler made this little alcove for his one-year-old son. (Who will be introduced to Skyrim when the time is right, of course!)

Tyler also has plans to extend his creation further, including possibly a wine cellar or a children's play area, which will be inspired by the latest installment of the series: The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited.

I think if I had a themed basement, it would probably have to be Harry Potter. If you could have your own, what would it be? Let me know in the comments!
