The Last of Us is by far one of the best video games that I have ever played. It has everything! Interesting characters, intriguing storyline, beautiful graphics, and an overall amazing gameplay experience. It's dark and gritty at times, which is kind of what you'd expect from a post-apocalyptic game, but it's more than that. I loved how the relationship between Joel and Ellie progressed throughout the whole game. It's a masterpiece. I'm not sure if there's another game out there that compares.

I chose to play the game on level 'Hard' for my first time playing. I sometimes like to play games over again and this is going to be one of them. 'Grounded' sounds like it might be a bit impossible right now, so I'm sticking with the 'Survivor' level. There's something about playing video games that is very relaxing and it's fun. I like the problem solving and strategizing that comes along with it. If I don't feel like I'm thinking when I'm playing a game, then I'm not going to be interested in it.

I was interested in this one the entire way through. The only problem was that I was refusing to finish it for a while because I was too concerned about what might happen to the characters at the end. It's like when you read a really good book and you know you're close to the end of it and you know that the ending is going to be sad. You also know you're going to miss both the world and the characters. I got over it though and completed the game. I'm glad that I did because now I know that a sequel could be possible and I would love to see it come through. I think the whole gaming society would benefit from a sequel.

I trust that Naughty Dog would release another masterpiece if and when they do end up releasing The Last of Us 2. I know that they are currently busy working on another Uncharted game. I haven't played any of the Uncharted games, but maybe I should check them out.

I would hope that Joel and Ellie's relationship would still be included and I'd want it to still be as beautiful as before. I don't want them to be enemies. I guess their involvement in the game depends though, on the time Naughty Dog chooses to pass in the Last of Us' game world. It's possible that Joel may no longer be alive or something, so then the story follows Ellie and a new character. We met Joel just as the apocalypse was beginning, when he was 20 years younger, so maybe Joel's role in this is up?

As long as Naughty Dog's The Last Of Us 2 delivers a game with as much feeling The Last of Us had in it, I'm going to be happy. What would you like to see in the sequel?
