The Jurassic Park franchise last had a hit film in 2001. This time around, they were better able to make these dinosaurs look and act more ferocious and terrifying. The Jurassic Park franchise brought Dinosaurs of all kinds to life. Nothing any of us has ever seen before, not since Jaws, has Hollywood brought flesh eating monsters to the big screen.(Godzilla not included).

Jurassic World from beginning to end is a thrill ride I'd like all fans to witness. The Dinosaurs stole the show. From the Indominus-Rex, Pterodactyl, Brontosaurus, Raptors and the water reptile(Mosasaurs)-Confirmed it's not a dinosaur but a form of a reptile during the Late Cretaceous period(Mosasaurs). The T-Rex didn't come into the picture until the climax of the film. Owen Grady(Chris Pratt) training the raptors was a pretty neat storyline. Compared to how we first saw them in Jurassic Park 1-3. He was able to get on their level and trained them to be obedient. At the end of the day, Owen(Pratt) was able to use the Raptors as somewhat of a trap in order to catch the Indominus-Rex.

Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) interaction throughout the movie felt rushed. I didn't feel the connection between the two that I went in expecting. Pratt's role in Parks and Rec, his character's (Andy Dwyer) relationship with Aubrey Plaza felt more authentic to me. I suppose that's what we get when the main characters are Dino's.

Overall, Jurassic World was an awesome ride. I highly recommend this film to anyone that grew up watching the very first Jurassic Park. This flick tops JP2&3, In my opinion. With the technology that keeps evolving, I can imagine an even better film visually when the drop Jurassic World 2.
