The Leftovers has an undeniably amazing cast, featuring the impeccably skilled actors Justin Theroux (American Psycho), Amy Brenneman (Heat), Christopher Eccleston (The Others), Liv Tyler (The Lord of The Rings), Chris Zylka (The Amazing Spider-Man), Ann Dowd (Compliance) and Carrie Coon (Gone Girl).

For those who don't already know, The Leftovers is a supernatural drama series that follows a group of people who are left behind in the fictional suburban community of Mapleton, New York after millions of people around the globe go mysteriously missing. The people of this once idealist town are trying to rebuild their lives after the puzzling tragedy steals away friends and family from their tight-knit community.

After 2% of the world has disappeared without reason, those left must find answers and a way forward. 2% may not sound like a big number, but thats 140 million people just completely gone in a split second. The characters must find a way to continue on after losing loved ones, while finding answers to the endless amount of questions surrounding their bizarre disappearances.

Are you wondering what may be happening in Season 2? Asking yourself if it'll be any different than Season 1? Well, actor Justin Theroux a.k.a. Kevin Garvey in The Leftovers has a little information for the fans...

"I think it will be very different. Of course, it’s still Damon (creator Damon Lindelof), so it’s still going to be charging hard at the core of a lot of psychological drama and angst. Just because they go somewhere else geographically doesn’t mean, necessarily, that things get better, but they do change in a really interesting way. It’s exciting. It’s the same thing as last year, where every script, you’re like, 'Wow. This is really taking a turn, for better or worse.'"
