Monday

Morning- Five-mile run, one-hour upper body workout

Midday- One-hour circuit training session, 20 minute punching bag

Evening- Weapon training, 30 minutes swimming, power yoga, and tai chi

Tuesday

Morning- One-hour climbing wall, 30 minute lower body workout

Midday- One-hour circuit training, 30 minute punching bag

Evening- Martial arts, and technical practice

Wednesday

Morning- five mile run, 30 minute punching bag

Midday- 30 minute circuit training, one-hour overall workout

Evening- A light sparring session

Thursday

Morning- 30 minute jumping rope, one-hour circuit training

Midday- One-hour power lifting, 30 minute kettlebell training

Evening- One-hour punching bag, 30 minute yoga session

Friday

Morning- 5 mile run, one-hour upper body workout

Midday- 30 minute circuit training, one-hour heavy sparring

Evening- One-hour swimming, yoga, or tai chi

Saturday

Morning- One-hour swim, 30 minute upper body workout

Midday- One-hour parkour training, 30 minute sparring session

Evening- One-hour circuit training

Sunday

Morning- 10 mile run, followed by stretching

Evening-technical training and target practice
