Cosplayer Julian Checkley is one of the quite easily best cosplayers on the scene, and one of the greatest I've seen. And considering that there is tons of great cosplay out there upon the binary sea, it makes it an even bigger feat.
For example, his Star Wars cosplay of the wookie Tarfful and the terrifying Sith Darth Malgus, are some of the most awe-inspiring works, and he makes all the costumes himself! Take a bow, sir:
Incredible, right? Well luckily for us the man has returned, but this time in the guise of a rather familiar bat archetype. Using Batman: Arkham Origins as influence, Checkley has managed to make a costume that's honestly more striking than BvS' lycra Bat-bodysuit (IMHO).
Have a look:
The suit's armor is 3D printed...
It comes complete with a wrist computer which displays sonar loops, similar to B:AO's detective mode...
The suit has a working fireball gauntlet...
If you want to learn more about Checkley, or simply say "what up?!" or "you're f**king awesome," get over to his Facebook and get that fire rising.
