There were many scenes that stood out in the turbo-charged thrill ride of Fast & Furious 7, but everyone remembers the awesome fight between Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) and the villainous Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham).

Here's how it went down...

It takes a lot of courage (or stupidity!) to take on The Rock, and it was fun to see the man mountain meet a decent opponent.

If you loved Dwayne v. Deckard then you're in luck - Jason Statham has confirmed that he's coming back for Fast & Furious 8!

The crazy awesome success of Fast & Furious 7 - beating down The Avengers to become the third highest grossing movie ever - will hopefully mean that the bar is set even higher for Fast & Furious 8.

Jason Statham enthused to Access Hollywood about his return to Fast 8:

"Yeah, it just shows the fanbase is very unique. They really do relate to the characters. They love these characters. They've followed them for years and years. We're already talking about doing another one, Part 8. I'm a newcomer, I just got invited to the party on this last one. It is nice to know I'll be doing another."

Statham already teased that he knows how Deckard Shaw will make his escape from the supermax high-tech prison we saw him in at the end of Furious 7, hinting, "there is some great stuff that I already know about."

Fast & Furious 8 hits theaters April 14, 2017.
