The most anticipated battle between two of the most iconic killers is here... Almost.

After the release of New Line Cinema’s Freddy vs. Jason in 2003, horror fans have long since fantasized about Jason and Michael battling it out on the big screen. While fans will have to wait for an official JvM production from the studios, Independent Filmmaker Trent Duncan has managed to create the next best thing with his Jason vs. Michael fan film.

Trent’s fan made film superbly blends two of the most iconic horror figures in cinematic history against each other as they face-off in an epic battle that combines a campy tribute to the early films with a monumental fight sequence. The killers even momentarily team up, as pictured above.

After my first several fan films, and especially after the release of my Fan Film Saga Part 1, the fans have been asking me to make a Jason vs Michael film. I just hope I was able to deliver, given the limited resources I have. ~ Trent Duncan

The short film begins with a spooky cabin in the woods as Jason Voorhees pursues an escaped female prisoner, played by Rebecca Rose. Once inside the house, she is faced with Michael Myers, who is then confronted by Jason. Just when you think a fight is about to ensue, a bachelorette party arrives for an unforgettable weekend with a male stripper. Blood and gore ensues shortly after as Jason and Michael begin to fight. This isn’t Trent’s first fan film depicting iconic horror characters battling it out. In Trent's Fan Film Saga Part 1, Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Leatherface, Michael Myers, Ghostface, and Ash Williams make an appearance in several iconic battles. With over 6 million views on Youtube, you know it must be good!
