I'm a horror film buff. I try as hard as I can to write some intersting artcils/posts.

Lets begin with the newest indie film IT FOLLOWS.For nineteen-year-old Jay, Autumn should be about school, boys and week-ends out at the lake. But after a seemingly innocent sexual encounter, she finds herself plagued by strange visions and the inescapable sense that someone, something, is following her. Faced with this burden, Jay and her friends must find a way to escape the horrors, that seem to be only a few steps behind

Did this sound you amazing? The answer is one. YES! It's original script and creepy sences and music make this movie one of the greatest movies of this decade.

Next we have The Babadook.Amelia, who lost her husband in a car crash on the way to give birth to Samuel, their only child. She struggles to cope with her fate as a single mom. Samuel's constant fear of monsters and violent reaction to overcome the fear doesn't help her cause either, which makes her friends become distant. When things can not get any worse, they read a strange book in their house about the 'Babadook' monster that hides in the dark areas of their house. Even Amelia seems to feel the effect of Babadook and desperately tries in vain to destroy the book. The nightmarish experiences the two encounter form the rest of the story

The movie was creepy and scary in some parts. The acting was very good and the script has some subconscious messages which make the movie even more intersting when you find and understand them.

The next one is Oculus. The twenty-one year-old Timothy "Tim" Allen Russell is discharged from a mental institution by his psychiatric Dr. Shawn Graham completely healed from a childhood trauma. His sister Kaylie welcomes him in the parking area and brings him home. Then she tells that they need to destroy an ancient mirror that she has just bought in an auction. The reluctant Tim follows his sister and has fragmented recollections from his childhood, when his mother Marie buys a mirror for the home office of his father Alan. Kaylie and Tim see a woman with their father in his office and the behaviors of Alan and Marie change, ending in a family tragedy. Kaylie blames the mirror and now she wants to destroy it with Tim.But,are they gonna make it out ?

Oculus plays with the viewer's mind until its ending. During the movie you keep guessing if the mirror is realy behind those mureders or it's only Kaylie and Tim's imagination. The atmpospher is amazing ,so the script too.

Number 7 on my list is..

MUHAHAHA!!!! Wait for the next part of the list soon...
