Firstly: Australian horror movies? There aren't enough of them.
Secondly: A zombie kangaroo?
So on board with that.
The creation of the zombieroo for short film Waterborne was funded by a successful Indiegogo campaign of 250 supporters who donated $17,000 to flesh out the marsupial puppet. Waterborne is an aussie short film that has had a whopper of a festival season, screening at over 50 festivals around the world, including several Oscar-qualifying ones, so keep an eye out for the short film during award season.
