The apocalypse and it's wide array of dangers and challenges. With each different possible type of apocalypse, containing their own each individual hazards. You could be facing everything from Zombies, radiation contamination, dust storms, to possible alien invasions. These possible circumstances demand for a certain breed of individual. One thing is for certain though, the lands would have become bleak, barren, and crawling with bandits and violent roving gangs.

Money would most certainly lose all value, thus bringing the need to place worth on items and or services to use as barter. Skills and training in the areas such as welding, medicine, agriculture, and mechanical repair will prove useful. But to be able to use these skills to help ensure the continued existence of man, one must survive.

You need a team that consists of intelligent, resourceful, and intuitive members. The ability to adapt and think quickly in stressful situations, to improvise tactical maneuvers, and gain the possible allegiance of fellow survivors. Communication among the team is a must, and to succeed in sustaining human life, each member should address their individual strengths and what they can contribute to the task at hand.

1. Ellen Ripley ( Alien ) One of the most bad ass characters in film.......ever. Survival instinct courses through her veins. Ripley is proactive and not too proud to accept another solution or idea other than hers. She is a trained pilot, mechanically inclined, has medical know how, and is familiar with weapons and various transport vehicles. Ripley never lets fear consume her, as she usually takes command when no one else will. With all that aside though, let's be honest. Women are needed to help repopulate the planet. I don't know of another woman's genes that would be more worthy of generations stemming from. Fierce, independent, and calm under pressure. This is definitely my girl to take along!

2. Doctor Indiana Jones ( Indiana Jones Franchise ) A very well educated and well traveled Archaeologist/Anthropologist who will also supply the much needed comic relief. Extremely knowledgeable with languages, Indiana would undoubtedly come in use over and over. He is also educated in cartography, botany, various religions and their customs, as well as improvising tools, weapons, and escapes. Dr. Jones can hold his own in a fist fight, maintain during a high speed chase in a assortment of getaway vehicles, and continue to preserve historical artifacts. Jones also can manage to operate quite effectively a variety of weapons, and his weapon of choice, will never run out of bullets.

3. Snake Plissken ( Escape from N.Y. ) Snake just exudes a level of badassness, that no one else will ever even come close to. Trained to be masterful with a multitude of weapons and vehicles, Snake is a one man wrecking crew. His intuition is uncanny, aim deadly, and right hook legendary. The tactical awareness he possesses is an unmatched attribute. Plissken is always aware of his surroundings and is a hard hand to read. He wouldn't think twice about sacrificing himself to ensure the success of the mission if that also meant the death of his enemy.

These very well trained and versatile team members are tenacious and will not accept failure. The combined military backgrounds, personal experiences, and innate survival instincts will combine to create a squad of some serious survivors.
