Though the last season or two may have left fans doubting, Lost was simply an amazing show. In the show, we were introduced to some unforgettable actors and actresses, such as Terry O'Quinn, Matthew Fox, and of course Evangelline Lily, who went on star in huge films such as The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and Ant-Man.

Many of these stars have moved on to become household names, but there was one exceptional actor that still managed to escape the spotlight: Josh Holloway.

Since the show's finale, Holloway has been playing some small parts in movies like Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and Paranoia. He also starred as the lead in a short-lived show on CBS called Intelligence that never even saw a second season.

However, in a recent interview with Yahoo! Movies!, Holloway expressed interest in portraying Star Wars legend Han Solo in an anthology movie.

For those of you who do not yet know, after the upcoming Star Wars movie, studios are planning on releasing special "anthology" movies in between episodes to come. The first anthology already has a title, Rogue One, and it's looking like the next one is set to feature the origin stories of Han Solo and Boba Fett.

Holloway has stated that he would love to play Solo if he had the chance.

"Damn. I'd love to do it. I love Han Solo... They'd never ask me, but I'd love to be Han Solo... You know, I got to arrest Han Solo in a movie once. I grabbed him, pulled his hands behind his back, cuffed him. He turned around and said to me 'You're losing it boy.' Then I stuffed him into a car. But that might be as close as I get to Han Solo."

While Holloway might not see his chances at being very big, this isn't the first time I've seen Holloway's name mentioned with Han's. Countless fan-casts agree that his bad-boy heroics shown in his character Sawyer in 'Lost' perfectly resemble Solo's.

I think that Holloway could pull of such a memorable character. He has the looks, the charisma, and the acting ability, but I'm sure there are those out there that disagree with me.

What do you think? Could Josh Holloway play Han Solo?
