With all of the DC superhero news exploding across the Internet from Comic on this week, it's got all of us DC fanboys and girls trembling in our boots and fizzing for what's to come over the next 5 years in the DCCU. Personally, i wasn't lucky enough to attend comicon, but thanks to some sneaky superhero fans, I managed to watch the exclusive suicide squad trailer. We had lots of news about other DC movies and shows, Suicide Squad, Green Lantern movie title, and Oliver's new green arrow suit for Arrow Season 4! But in the centre of all this hype, came the brand-new Batman vs Superman trailer, and I'm sure that got us all in the moment. I've been a fan of the idea as Jon Hamm playing Batman for awhile. But that trailer truly made me believe in the Batfleck! Like c'mon, props to him for running in suit pants! He has my full respect.

Run Batfleck Run!!
Run Batfleck Run!!

But while all of this trailer was just astonishing to watch, and by the end we were covered in our own semen. There was one particular scene that I'm sure all caught our eye. Once we realized, we all knew what it meant, but this "monumental" (pun intended) moment in the trailer actually meant something much larger, and has the potential to extend what's coming for the DC Cinematic Universe much more than you think. I'm talking about this scene.

"Monumental" Get it? Coz its a monument? lololol.
"Monumental" Get it? Coz its a monument? lololol.

Now we all know what this means. It's a statue of a Robin suit, and some asshole who probably goes by the name of The Joker has tagged it with "HAHAH jokes on you Batman " We all know this, coz we can all read. Otherwise you wouldn't be here.

Another fact we all know, is that this means The Joker has brutally murdered our dear Robin Jason Todd with a crowbar. Which leaves to reason why Batfleck is so god damn depressed in Batman vs Superman. I don't blame him though. Now with Jason Todd 'dead', it means Zack Snyder and the rest of the crew are taking a path based off the comic "A death in the family" Where our innocent little Jason Todd is pummeled with a crowbar, left for dead, and thrown into the Lazarus Pit to be resurrected and go back to Gotham and become the Anti-Hero we all know as the Red Hood.

Doesn't even wear a hood. Pfft noob.

Now this is where it gets interesting, not only will this most likely be lead to the plot of Ben Affleck's self-directed solo Batman film, with Red Hood as the Antagonist. But it also extends the DC universe far greater than we may think. You see, if Jason Todd dies due to the Joker, it means he's thrown in the Lazarus Pit, you know that bubbly green pit that heals the wounded and resurrects the deceased?

Now with the Lazarus Pit brought into the Universe, that only means only one thing. It would also introduce the rightful owner of this magical paddling pool to the DCCU. That's right, Ra's Al Ghul.

He alone could lead to countless storylines and plots throughout the DC Universe raining terror from Gotham to Star City. But there is one thing he brings forward to the table which would lead to a great story arc for future solo Batman films. It's his daughter, no not Nyssa, but Talia Al Ghul.

Sassy.
Sassy.

Now whats interesting about her you ask? Well I'll tell you good sir. We all know Master Bruce is quite the slayer, and things get kinky with him and Talia and they wind up being lovers. And what do lovers do when a man and a woman love each other very much? That's right, they play the Roller-coaster game and the woman pushes out a tiny human from her baby shoot. That baby being Damian Wayne.

Now there is many reasons that differentiate Damian from the other Robins. Damien grew up in the League of Assassins, being taught to become a killing, ruthless, katana swinging badass. And he's what? 8? Growing up under the system of the League of Assassins also made Damian and obnoxious, angry little fellow and he fought his mum so he could find out who his Father was. Once he had beaten her. He was notified who his father was and came to Gotham to fight crime with Batman.

I don't know about you, but bringing forth all of this to the table would create a much larger DC Universe we're all hanging out to see in the near future. And just by killing Jason it leads to other larger story arcs. Thanks Joker!

This is my first article so let me know what you guys think! I'd love to post more stuff on DC! Thanks :D
