It's been 25 years since Ghost, the film responsible for sexing up the world of ceramics, hit cinema screens in 1990. That's over two decades since Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze slided and glided their way around that pottery wheel in one of the steamiest movie scenes of all time.

Ghost told the tale of intense passion between the happy couple, Sam (Swayze) and Molly (Moore). Then, as Sam is killed on the way home from a night at the theater, he is trapped on Earth as a ghost with a mission to save Molly from impending danger. With their 'dittos' and paranormal communication abilities, the film proved that sometimes love literally knows no boundaries.

To commemorate the silver anniversary of this haunting love story and its long-lasting cultural impact, we have selected our top 5 Pottery Parodies for your viewing pleasure.

In no particular order:

1. Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake

2. Leslie Nielsen and Priscilla Presley, The Naked Gun 2 1/2 The Smell of Fear

3. Peter Griffin, Family Guy

4. Alan and Walden, Two and a Half Men

5. Joel McHale and Greg Cromer, Community

Last but not least, a true Ghost post would not be complete without a shout out to Whoopi Goldberg, everyones fave mystic medium.
