Step one: For breakfast eat nothing but Raspberries, Blackberries, Plain Almonds, and Water.
Raspberries burn fat and Water is always good.
Step two: After Breakfast, do 20 sit ups, 10 push ups, and jog for 10 minutes
Step three: For lunch and dinner, eat homemade vegetables and meats; never fry anything
Step four: At sunset run until you can't move anymore then take a cool shower. Remember to sleep early.
