One of the best running gags of San Diego Comic-Con was the Marvel Dubsmash battle between the casts of [Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.](tag:722469) and [Marvel's Agent Carter](tag:1119765). Major players from both shows sent dueling lip-sync battles via social media that are equal parts hilarious and amazing.

For those who haven't been keeping up with the battle on Twitter and Instagram, I'll go through the full chronology here, and trust me, all of them are worth a watch. For those that just want to see what is certainly the winning video (complete with surprise guest), scroll down to the second to last video.

Let's get started!

It all began with Haley Atwell

Hayley Atwell and James D'Arcy, who plays Jarvis in Agent Carter, published a stirring rendition of "The Oompa Loompa Song," effectively keeping the tune in my head for days.

It wasn't long before Chloe Bennet and Clark Gregg shot back

Agent Coulson and Skye threw down the gauntlet and challenged their network-mates to a full-on war.

Agent Carter was happy to oblige

I love that for these first few videos, everyone is in front of the same wallpaper.

Not willing to leave it at that, Hayley and James made it a combo!

And the attacks just keep coming!

This "killer blow" is a rendition of Chloe Bennet's song "Uh Oh" back when she was singing under the name Chloe Wang. They're clearly not afraid to get personal.

Not to be outdone, Chloe assembles the extensive cast of S.H.I.E.L.D.

And they threw in some amazing Peggy Carter drag at the most perfect moment.

Next up, the rivalry takes center stage

And the power players take on Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood," proving that this war is all in good fun.

But there's still gotta be a winner

Brett Dalton makes an appearance to help Chloe give it her best shot, but it just wasn't enough to overpower Agent Carter's crushing blow.

And the winner is...

Complete with amazing guest appearance by Chris Evans. I mean, at this point, how can you beat that?

The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. cast has yet to try (aside from Clark Gregg mentioning that he's "ugly crying" in response), but that didn't stop the Agent Carter guys from celebrating in fitting fashion.

They had the time of their lives

And it shows.

If there's one thing I've learned from the Marvel Dubsmash, it's that Peggy Carter never gives up! And that I want her to come to karaoke with me immediately.
