When The Flash's costume was unveiled last summer, some fans noticed that the emblem on The Flash's chest was red, rather than white. Luckily, after the series premiere, fans were assured that at some point in the future, The Flash would sport the traditional costume that he wears in the comics.

Throughout The Flash's first season, glimpses of the white emblem was spotted during subtle moments. The first glimpse was in Wells' newspaper, and then again during future Flash's brawl with Eobard Thawne.

Cisco himself loved the design, but was reluctant to incorporate it into the current suit since he would be copying a design from the future, that may or may not have happened that way the first time around. But it seems he may have gotten over that fear because The CW has unveiled a new photo with the Scarlet Speedster sporting a new suit.

There aren't any major changes besides the new emblem, but the new look definitely resembles the suit from the comics. Now we just have to change those boots to yellow, and we are good!

Season 2 of The Flash premieres on October 6 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
