Fans aren't the only one's who speculate! Arrow's own Stephen Amell hopes that Oliver and his son will be reunited soon enough. He began by saying that an encounter between father and son would definitely be interesting and that
One of the big tenets of Greg Berlanti is you don’t introduce something to the audience and you don’t tease it if you are not going to follow through with it in some way, shape or form. So I think it’s a safe bet that Oliver will find out about his child at some point.
We first found out about Oliver's son, Connor Hawke in the comics, during season 2 and since then, the show hasn't really had a chance to touch back on the subject (with all the deaths and new heroes and villains I can see why).
Stephen sounds pretty sure that Greg will be reminding us of Oliver's son soon but can he explain this?
Well, there goes my hopes and dreams. Thanks a lot, Marc.
We can get really technical here and say that tumblr user kidsflash spelled Connor's name wrong so technically Marc could've been telling the truth about "Conner Hawke" and not "Connor Hawke" but that's just being way too optimistic and nit-picky.
Here's an even better speculation: Since Connor and his mother live in Central City, Arrow may not address Connor but The Flash might! Too hopeful? I think not! Maybe something will go down during one of those yearly Arrow/Flash crossovers? I'm crossing my fingers.
Arrow returns to the CW for season 4 this October.
