When Season 4 of Arrow returns in October, it will see two more new additions to the Arrowverse.
Star Trek: Voyager star Jeri Ryan will first appear in the second episode of Season 4 as Jessica Danforth, a friend of the Queen family, whose “political ambitions will place her in the crosshairs of a menacing antagonist."
Teen Wolf's J.R. Bourne will play Jeremy Tell, otherwise known as Double Down, a metahuman who can turn his playing card tattoos into weapons after a cursed deck of cards bonded to him and will make his first appearance in episode 3 of the fourth season.

Aside from Voyager, Ryan has also starred in Leverage, Body of Proof, Helix and Major Crimes. Meanwhile Bourne's acting credits, aside from playing Chris Argent in Teen Wolf, also include Stargate SG-1, The Secret Circle, Revenge and Satisfaction.
