Have you ever sat down and thought about what is normal and what isn't? I have. Everyday. Asking myself the same questioms Does everyones heart beat this fast?, If i smile will they think i am weird?, Will i ever truely fit in? If you have ever felt this way please stay and read along.

As a long term sufferer of anxiety, i have an immense amount of knowlege of what it is like to feel isolated. Well what i have only recently learnt, you are not alone.

You feel as though the world is caving in around you at a rapid pace and that the people surrounding you are out to get you. I want you to stop and breathe for a second. Focus on the world.

The smiles you see, the love you feel, the family you cherish, the friends you want by your side through it all; it all means something beautiful & something alot more meaningful then finishing an essay due tomorrow, or even worrying about the train to work. The next time you feel like you have acomplished nothing or feel as if the world is out to get you, look around you; at the people who know someone out there cares, at those smiling because of a message, at the people laughing at a quote in a book. Breathe it all in, take in that happiness and use it to make yourself the person you know you deserve to be, the person you strive to be. At the end of the day its the little things that build us up.

Concentrate on all the positive around you and never stoo seeing yourself as anything less than amazing.

Please take in what i have to say. If you feel as though my advice as helped, please feel free to contact me.
