New town. New motives. Classic Scream.

Scream is a perfect symphony of old and new. A self-referential revelation for the world of television.

The plot follows the familiar narrative of the films and offers the same lure as the most recent scream film, techno-savvy, no-holds-barred, it-could-be-anyone, mass murder mystery.

Two episodes in the show offers the same method of engagement that made the films so great (the fourth-wall self awareness). If it continues success shall follow where only the movies have gone before.

With familiar character tropes unveiled and an old school local town legend held high the Scream television show can surely go far.
