DC and Warner Bros. have been on a roll lately promoting [Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice](tag:711870), making sure everyone will be aware of the impending knock-down-drag-out battle between the two heroes. Empire Magazine recently released a trio of glossy photos giving us another glimpse of Batman, Superman, and Lex Luthor, and now the rest of that batch has made its way online.
Check out the most recent behind-the-scenes look at DC's trinity well before the movie hits theaters on March 25, 2016.
Henry Cavill puts on his best grimace as Superman
Glad to see that quintessential curl is still in full-force, even in the rain!
Director Zack Snyder shows Batfleck how it's done on their carefully demolished set
Ben Affleck's sheer size has me cautiously excited for his interpretation of Batman. That brick wall of a man is not someone I would want to come across in a dark alley for any reason.
Gal Gadot makes a modern Diana Price look extremely glamorous
Gadot may have gotten the most flak of her castmates after landing the role of Wonder Woman, but every photo in-costume promises a contemporary take that will hopefully do the character justice.
Don't forget about the Daily Planet
There may be a world to save, but that doesn't mean your day job lets up. Here's an early look at Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Planet.
Bruce Wayne gets his brooding down, while Alfred looks appropriately concerned
Jeremy Irons is playing the most devoted butler of all time, and it looks like he'll once again have a major role in trying to keep Bruce grounded throughout this major ideological struggle.
The heroes face off
And it's only going to get better from here!
As much as I love getting an early view of the movie, I'd love to see more Wonder Woman/Diana and some of the other aspects that haven't gotten too much attention. I'd even love to see Holly Hunter's character get into the spotlight and reveal more about her relentless Senator.
Despite this mild gripe, I can't deny the thrill of being genuinely surprised by a movie, so I really can't complain if Batman v Superman is going to break out the unexpected.
