I cannot even put into words how much I love this film, I have literally lost track of the amount of times that I have watched Wayne's World. These guys single handedly changed the Bohemian Rhapsody song into a totally dramatic head banging fest. Which, I have to admit has been recreated quite a few times with my friends in clubs.

The inseparable Wayne and Garth taught a generation the meaning of ''Schwing Schwing'' and that when you meet your idols you should be bowing at their feet chanting ''We're not worthy'' over and over (Has anyone tried this!?). Garth's cute Foxy Lady dance is probably one of my most favorite scenes, the list of awesome moments in the movie could go on forever!

Need refreshing? No Problem!

Wayne's World all stems from the TV show It's Only Rock 'n Roll, which was screened in 1987 where Wayne spent a lot of time teaching the audience how to party! In 1992 the movie version came along, can you believe it has been 23 years since this film hit the screens!? Mental! I am sure you are wondering what happened to the rock 'n' rolling cast, all is about to be revealed!

Mike Myers as Wayne

Ex-squeeze me? What happened to Wayne?

If you love Wayne's World then you probably know that Mike Myers has been making regular appearances on Saturday Night Live since 1989, and he even makes sporadic appearances as Wayne Campbell! Mike Myers has such done such a variety of acting since asking for 'Grey Poupon' as Wayne. There are so many roles to list here, but here are just a few notable ones:

Mike is the voice of Shrek, he starred as Austin Powers, leant his talents to Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat, starring as The Cat, and so much more! A more surprising role that Mike portrayed was as Gen. Ed Fenech in Inglorious Basterds.

Michael DeLuise as Alan

Don't forget those hard working camera men behind our favorite public-access television show 'Wayne's World.' Alan and his buddies added to the awesomeness by bringing humor to any situation. You may recognize Michael as T.J. from Gilmore Girls, or from the more recent film role in He Was a Quiet Man, where he played Detective Sorenson.

Rob Lowe as Benjamin

Benjamin was a total trouble maker in the film. Thankfully, Rob Lowe is nothing like his character! Rob has been in so many productions before and after Wayne's World, but here are just some of his on-screen moments. He starred alongside Mike Myers once again as he took on the role of Young Number Two in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me. The next time you are watching Family Guy, you could be listening to Rob he has made a few cameos on this show. Another notable role is his portrayal of Eddie in Californication.

Lara Flynn Boyle as Stacy

Stacy is Wayne's crazy ex girlfriend who really isn't ready to give it up. For Wayne's birthday she buys him a gun rack when he does not even own a singular gun.

I'm sure Wayne would regret his decision now as she has become one foxy lady! Since starring as Wayne's obsessive ex-girlfriend, Lara has been keeping busy with her acting. She was hardly recognizable as Sarleena in Men in Black II, you may remember this actress as Monica in the TV series Las Vegas. And this multi-talented actress also starred as Donna Hayward in Twin Peaks.

Dan Bell as Neil

Another rock 'n rolling roadie for the show! Strangely it is near impossible to find any current images of Dan, despite his IMDB page being listed with a bunch of smaller parts he has taken on. Dan took on the role of Mr. Black in the film about Anna Nicole's life called Anna Nicole. If you are a fan of Serial Daters Anonymous then keep an eye out for Claire's dad played by Dan.

Ione Skye as Elyse

Elyse only had a small part as Benjamin's girlfriend in the film, but she has gone on to be pretty successful, acting mostly in TV series; starring in Arrested Development and Life As We Know It to name a few. Iona took on a more sinister movie last year when she starred in the horror film Haunt as Emily Asher. Expect plenty more of this actress as Ione has 5 shows in pre and post-production right now!

Brian Doyle-Murray as Noah Vanderhoff

The clueless Noah Vanderhoff was the butt of countless jokes in Wayne’s World. Brian has recently appeared in Sullivan & Son as Hank Murphy and hilariously even leant his acting skills to 2 Broke Girls. Next time you are watching Spongebob Squarepants pay close attention to the Flying Dutchman as the character's voice is Brian!

Tia Carrere as Cassandra

Wayne is infatuated with Cassandra which is no surprise really as she is beautiful and a pretty awesome front woman too. But did you know that Tia is the voice of Nani in Lilo & Stitch? And another surprise, Tia is the voice of Judy Reeves in the TV series Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated. This actress has also been in heaps of films, including You May Not Kiss the Bride where she starred as Lani.

Lee Tergesen as Terry

Who could forget the hilarious 'I love you man' phrase, and Terry sure had a whole lot of love to give. Just like the rest of the cast, I am happy to say that Lee is still firmly in the limelight and you have no doubt seen him about. He took on a different genre last year when he played Vince in American Horror Story: Freakshow. For some nostalgic feels, remember the character Peter McMillan from Desperate Housewives? Lee's more recent role is in the on-going drama series Defiance where he plays General Rahm Tak.

Donna Dixon as Dreamwoman

The original dreamweaver a.k.a. Dreamwoman! Donna has stayed away from the spotlight most of the time. One of her most notable roles is in Bosom Buddies, where she starred opposite Tom Hanks. In 2014, after taking a break since 1997, Donna returned to acting again in the film Da Sweet Blood of Jesus as Ms. Blair.

Fun Fact: The rock 'n rolling song "I Still Love You" from the KISS album Creatures of the Night was written by Paul Stanley for Donna after their relationship ended.

Colleen Camp as Mrs. Vanderhoff

There was something so stern yet so alluring about Mrs. Vanderhoff. The camera men behind our favorite public-access television show certainly tried to crack her sternness with their commentary when she was around! If you are a fan of horror, then check out Colleen in the role of Vivian in Knock Knock released earlier this year. You may also recognize her as Judith from L.A. Twister. Along with being a great actress, Colleen even works as a producer now, creating her own shows! Interestingly, Colleen has apparently played more police officers than any other actress.

Dana Carvey as Garth

Garth doesn't have to do much to be adorably funny, the scene with the power drill always kills me! There are so many amazing Garth moments, but alas, I must tell you about where Dana is now. This stand-up comedian and actor has sure been keeping busy, just like the rest of the cast. After Wayne's World, he had his own show called The Dana Carvey Show. Dana will be lending his voice to The Secret Life of Pets which will be released next year. He has even appeared in The Fairly OddParents (TV Series) as the voice of Schnozmo. And don't forget, he makes regular appearances on Saturday Night Live with the most recent appearance being earlier this year for SNL's 40th anniversary.

And just like all good endings, Wayne and Garth got their Dreamgirls

Don't worry I didn't forget Garth's girl in Wayne's World Two!

Incase you didn't catch the latest sketch of the two inseparable besties for the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary then check this out and party on!
