A gritty story about a ex con who is pushed for a favour. One last heist.......$1500.00 for an hours work that turns wry when he gets busted by the feds.

Junior Brown is a ruthless criminal who runs his dad's criminal enterprise guns, cars, drugs anything and everything he can get his hands on and he's climbing criminal ladder faster than the bodies are pilling up.

Jimmy Kilmartin ( David Caruso) is thrown in jail and told if he doesn't co-opoerate with the feds that he's going down for the whole lot.

Forced to wear a wire Jimmy must befriend Junior Brown (Nicholas Cage) in an attempt to clear his name but no one 's playing by the rules in this fast paced ride of revenge and retribution.

This early 2000 street story features some of the best performances by an all star lineup of then new to the screen names.

Now Jimmy must take on the gangsters, hoods, feds, district attorney and the baddest man on the street the savage Junior Brown........................and give them The Kiss of Death.


The set up is when Jimmy helps his kid brother. The Insighting incident comes when he is busted.

The 1st Act breaks when he goes to prison.

The midpoint is when he discovers how deep the case goes.

The finale is when he must take the law into his own hands. ****
