In the rise of massive shared universe franchises, one of the unexpected things that gets people buzzing is the logo reveal for each movie or series. With the announcement earlier this week that Marvel's next project, Netflix's Jessica Jones, will be premiering later this year, tidbits about the series are starting to slowly be revealed.

The eagle-eyed supergeeks over at ComicBook.com spotted something very cool during an Access Hollywood interview with Jessica Jones showrunner Melissa Rosenberg and they managed to snag a screenshot: Jessica Jones has an official logo, y'all.

Unsurprisingly, it's in keeping with the light-on-black style of Marvel logos, but this one is all scratched up, a nice nod to the gritty (buzzword! drink!) tone of the show and her street-savvy personality - and possibly an allusion to Jessica's traumatic background that causes her to leave the superhero gig behind for good.

Rosenberg also said that Krysten Ritter, the show's titular star, is the hardest working woman ever.

"We are beating the hell out of her," laughed Rosenberg. "Man, she's tough. But she continues to deliver. You can watch the full interview below.

Much like Daredevil did for Charlie Cox, Jessica Jones is poised to make Ritter a fan favorite among the diehard Marvel fanbase. The vast majority of fans have probably never seen her work, but I've been one of those that has been a fan of her for a long time, so I'm really looking forward to seeing her own the role and get the credit she deserves. I truly think this one will surprise people.

No official premiere date for Jessica Jones yet, but it will be coming to Netflix later in 2015.
