"Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation" is an action film directed by Christopher McQuarrie. It stars Tom Cruise. The MPAA rating is PG-13 for sequences of action and violence, and brief partial nudity and the running time is 131 minutes. The film's budget is 150 million and, so far, the box office revenue is 4 million.

BEFORE THE MOVIE: I am beyond stoked to finally see "Mission: Impossible" on the big screen for the fist time in IMAX. "Ghost Protocol" was amazing and I wasn't really sure if Christopher McQuarrie would be the right fit because I HATED "Jack Reacher". But the film got moved from December 25th to July 31st. For me, that's a GOOD sign. Anyways, let's see.

AFTER THE MOVIE: Holy....cow. This was awesome. First off, Tom Cruise is GREAT as Ethan Hunt. He and his gang of spies (Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg and Jeremy Renner) are all great. Newcomers to the series, Alec Baldwin and Rebecca Ferguson are fantastic, especially Ferguson. Hopefully, we'll see more from her and I hope that she'll come back for more unlike, Thandie Newton, Michelle Monaghan and Paula Patton. The action scenes are I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E. The practical effects are AMAZING. The most notable stunt is Tom Cruise hanging outside of an airplane. Believe me when I say this, you can only truly experience this stunt, the way it was meant to be seen (and HEARD), in IMAX. I literally felt like I WAS THERE! But for me, the best scene using the IMAX format, without the usage of 3D is the turandot scene at the vienna opera house. It really reminded me of the opera scene in "The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956)" but with a twist. I was just waiting for Doris Day's famous scream and then after, she would sing Que Sera Sera. The climax of the film is great and kinda is a throwback at the Mission: Impossible TV series and uses Alec Baldwin perfectly. In the course of 3 weeks I changed my BEST MOVIE OF 2015 4 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!! Including this one.

This is the best Mission: Impossible yet. The series is like Fast and Furious. Unstoppable at the box office, but EXTREMELY fun to watch.
