I love Marvel, in specific, Marvel Studios. I like to read fan theories, however ridiculous they may be, and finding Easter eggs is a grand

If you know the comics, you know there there are limitless amounts of sweet characters. Unfortunately, some of these characters are just a little bit too outlandish even for the fantastical cinematic universe that Marvel Studios has created. Here is a list of five characters that I wish could fit in to the MCU, but I'm glad will not show up.

1. M.O.D.O.K.

MODOK in all of his weirdness
MODOK in all of his weirdness

Why he's awesome

MODOK is sick. You see that red thing on his forehead? It shoots lasers. Freaking lasers. He just floats around in his chair and zaps people and shouts about how he is the superior creation. He is the head (lol) of an evil organization called A.I.M. And he has gone toe-you-toe with just about every Avenger, and he is a constant contender against the Red Skull and HYDRA as a whole.

Why he won't be in the MCU

First of all, look at him. I mean, the character's cool, but he just wouldn't pass on the big screen. He's weird looking, most vocal interpretations have given him an awful throaty monotone voice, and he's just too out there for Marvel. Plus, marvel has already introduced the leader of A.I.M. In the MCU as Aldrich Killian, and that takes away one of MODOK's coolest assets.

2. Ghost Rider

You can't tell me he's not sweet.
You can't tell me he's not sweet.

Why he's awesome

think about the character. Not the Nick Cage one, but just the idea. He's like Scarecrow from DC, except he rides a motorcycle, whips people with a flaming chain, and his head is a skull that's on fire. He's an incredible character. He shows people what they're most afraid of, and he tears them apart from the inside, whilst tearing them apart with sweet attacks of flame and fury on the outside.

Why he won't be in the MCU

In many ways, he will stay out of the MCU for the same reasons as MODOK. He's sweet, but that head. It just wouldn't work on screen. Plus, his ability set would not fit in with the others in the MCU. Can you imagine all of the Avengers fighting side by side, making silly quips and getting angry about other Avengers' language, and then Ghost Rider shows up, flaming skull and huge skeleton motorcycle, and goes up and just summons hellfire and kills everybody. It wouldn't work, and it is not to be. Sorry, Nick.

3. Beta Ray Bill

Why he's awesome

This guy. Man. What a weird character. But he's sweet, really. He is an alien monster cyborg who has superhuman strength, speed, an unnaturally long lifespan, and a hammer named Stormbreaker, which possesses the same power as Thor's hammer, Mjolnir. He also happens to be one of the most skilled hand-to-hand combatants in the Marvel universe, having bested Thor many times. He's one of those, 'starts as a villain, ends up a hero' sort of things.

Why he won't be in the MCU

In the film industry, powers are most important, and characters are second. That's why Ant-Man had to really showcase the powers in order to draw in a crowd. And no matter how cool Beta Ray Bill is, he is, power wise, just Thor. Except he's weirder looking. Many people claim that there was a Beta Ray Bill cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy, but according to James Gunn and all people with eyes, there was not. There is a reason James Gunn didn't stuff Bill into the Collector's collection. Beta Ray Bill is just Thor in Space.

4. Fin Fang Foom

Ah. The classic villainous dragon.
Ah. The classic villainous dragon.

Why he's awesome

He's a giant dragon. He is the power behind the Mandarin, and he fights and also he's a dragon and he's sick.

Why he won't be in the MCU

He's a giant dragon. That wouldn't work in this universe. Especially a Chinese dragon who specifically hates Iron Man.

5. Underworld

Why he's awesome

His origin, at least the one I'm familiar with, happens during the time of Marvel's Civil War. He's working for this guy thy he hates, and then that guy turns him into a super-villain, and then he kills the guy. His powers include top physical and mental condition dude to exposure to the Super Soldier serum. Like, the Captain America thing. He also has an indestructible jacket, a set of guns and glasses that are synced, so he can change the direction of the bullets fired with his eyes. He's hardcore.

Why he won't be in the MCU

He may be too hardcore. He's a little hell-bent on killing every super-powered being. He also is a little too obscure. He was invented during the Civil War story line, and to the best of my knowledge, he hasn't done much since. With his brutal method of fighting, and his obscure and limited experience as a character, I don't think Marvel would be willing to put money into casting and writing to make the character fit with the others.

And there's my list. That's just the ones I could think of, but if you can't think of others that you'd like to see but you don't think you will, comment below. Also, if you think that I'm wrong about one, some, or all of these characters, let me know. Also, Vote in this cool poll that i just learned how to make! Seeya!
