Revivals are becoming quite a trend in the entertainment industry, and if you haven't heard, Full House will be making a return to the small screen in a brand new spinoff entitled Fuller House. Here are six things you need to know about the new show:

1. Fuller House will be about...

The series will focus on Candace Cameron-Bure’s character, D.J. Tanner, who is a recently widowed veterinarian. Her younger sister and aspiring musician, Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin), and her childhood best friend, Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Gibbler’s teenage daughter Ramona, move in to help D.J. raise her two sons, 12-year-old J.D. and 7-year-old Max.

2. Full House will not be available for Netflix streaming

Many fans of Full Houseare hoping to binge watch the original series on Netflix before the new series comes out might be upset upon hearing what Jim Halterman revealed on Twitter last week:

Well, I guess we'll have to buy the Full House box set, or watch the never ending reruns (thank goodness) on television.

3. Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit are back

Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit played Nicky and Alex, and will be returning for the spinoff.

John Stamos tweeted this picture of the twins on the set of the show:

4. Steve's back too!

This is not a drill, people! This is happening!

Scott Weinger will reprise his role as Steve. The actor made the announcement on Twitter July 16th with this tweet of a cast table read:

5. Eva LaRue will be Danny Tanner's wife

Actress Eva LaRue recently confirmed her addition to the series. The former CSI: Miami actress announced on Twitter that he will be playing Danny Tanner's wife Teri, stating:

LaRue claims that she is having a “blast” working with the former Full House cast despite being the new girl:

6. The Olsen twins are considering a return

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are apparently “teetering” on a deal to return as the iconic half-pint, Michelle. Originally, the twins wanted nothing to do with the series. So this is particularly exciting news.

Personally, I was hoping Elizabeth Olsen would be cast as Michelle Tanner. In my opinion, Elizabeth is a rising star and would have portrayed the character phenomenally.

The 13-episode sequel will be available on Netflix in 2016. Until then...
