Over the years, we have seen some amazing battles of hero vs. villain and hero vs. hero alike - fights like Iron Man vs. Captain America and Batman vs. Superman.
But unfortunately, there are many battles that we have not yet seen on screen or in the comics. So today, we're going to see 5 superhero battles we all want to see and, possibly, who would win.
1) Black Panther vs. Batman
Batman is one of the most popular fictional characters of all time. He is a master of almost every kind of hand-to-hand combat, and he is at the peak of human physical condition. He has many different gadgets, including smoke pellets, batarangs, and a grappling gun. With an already good list of expertise in many areas, he is also an archer just as good as Green Arrow. He is one of the smartest DC characters and a threat to every and any villain.
Black Panther was Marvel's first black superhero. He, like Batman, is at peak human physical condition, is a master of every known form of martial arts, and is one of the smartest Marvel characters, possibly surpassing Tony Stark. He uses Vibranium, the same metal used in Captain America's shield, in his uniform and in his weapons. His weapons include claws made out of Vibranium, which can cut through some of the hardest substances.
Update: A fan who commented reminded me of this: Plus, because Black Panther possesses and has eaten the heart-shaped herb, all of his physical attributes have been upgraded to superhuman levels, giving him superhuman senses and strength.
Who do I think would win?
Honestly, it's a tough fight for both to win. While Batman may have the element of surprise, Black Panther has the superhuman hearing, sight, and smell to know when Batman is coming. Batman's many gadgets also give Black Panther a problem, but he does have the armour, speed and agility to deflect and/or dodge most of them. When it comes to hand-to-hand combat, both are very well trained and would give each other some hard blows. Ultimately, though, I believe Black Panther would defeat Batman, but not until Batman showed Black Panther that he's a force to be reckoned with.
Who has your vote?
Batman or Black Panther?
2) Captain America vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
You may think it's a no brainer who the winner is, but just hang on.
Captain America is a super soldier and is stronger and faster than any human. He always throws his shield, which is unbreakable for the most part, with complete accuracy, and he is one of the few who can do that. He is one of the best strategists in the Marvel universe, and he is trained in many forms of hand-to-hand combat, and he has military training and knows military tactics. Captain America also is trained to be able to fire all firearms and can use swords and many other weapons. Plus, because of his indomitable will, he will never give up a fight.
These turtles are not slow or weak in any way. They each have their own strengths, and they work together as a team beautifully. They are trained in hand-to-hand combat and are all weapons masters, being able to use bo staffs, nunchuks, swords, and more. Also, they have great speed, strength, and agility, as well as reflexes and durability.
Who do I think would win?
Once again, we have a very tough battle indeed. Captain America is outnumbered by three, but he has the strategical advantage. Captain America is quick enough to either counter or dodge many of the Turtles' attacks, and his shield gives him an advantage. But the Turtles have the numbers, as I mentioned before, and the advantage in strength and, I think, durability. It's a hard battle, and I think it could end in a stalemate.
What's your opinion?
Captain America or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?
3) Deadpool vs. Deathstroke
When you think of a battle between comic book characters, you either think of Batman against Superman or Deadpool against Deathstroke, seeing as how Deadpol and Deathstroke practically have the same name.
Deadpool is a crazy, vulgar mouthed, sexual character; but we all love him for being that. He has a healing factor just as good as, if not better, than that of Wolverine, and he is totally unpredictable, which makes him a very tough opponent to beat. With that, he is also trained to use just about every type of weapon. He is then also trained in hand-to-hand combat. He is known for the two swords and many guns that he carries.
Deadpool May be a very worthy and tough opponent for Deathstoke, but so is Deathstroke. Deathstroke has military training, giving him the strategic ability to counter Deadpool. Also, he is a super soldier, like Captain America. So, he has great strength, speed, reflexes, agility, stamina, and endurance, along with a healing factor. But his healing factor is nowhere close to Deadpool's. He can also shoot any firearm and is a master of hand-to-hand combat and many other weapons. At one point, Deathstroke even defeated Batman.
Who do I think would win this battle?
I, personally, think Deadpool has the win. Deadpool would eventually win because of his healing factor, unpredictability, and because he won't hesitate to kill someone. But Deathstroke would most certainly not give up, and he would never go down without a tough to fight.
What do you think?
Deadpool or Deathstroke?
4) Wonder Woman vs. Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel, formerly known as Ms. Marvel and secret identity Carol Danvers, is a very powerful character, who can even exchange blows with he likes of Thor, Hlk, and Ronan the Accuser. She has had military training from the Air Force. Among her many abilities are: superhuman strength, super speed, flight, absorption and projection of energy, and durability. Thus, she is very strategic, not at all dumb, trained in hand-to-hand combat, and is one of Marvel's strongest heroes.
Wonder Woman is also a powerful character, being able to exchange hits with the likes of Superman and Green Lantern. She has the abilities of superhuman strength, enhanced speed, durability, and flight. She is a god - or Amazonian warrior princess - so she is highly trained in hand-to-hand combat, and is a highly intelligent character. She also has many weapons and is very dangerous with them. Among those weapons is her golden cuffs, which can deflect any force thrown at it. Then she is gorgeous! Needless to say, she is one hell of a woman.
My God, this is a tough battle! While Wonder Woman has the upper hand in terms of hand-to-hand combat, Captain Marvel has her energy projection, which gives her a big advantage. The strength of these two is pretty much equal, and so is their mind and strategism. I could not choose for the life of me!
Which is why you choose:
Wonder Woman or Captain Marvel?
5) The Winter Soldier vs. Red Hood
The Winter Soldier has the same strength, speed, stamina, and endurance of Captain America, except a bit stronger because of the metal arm. He is trained in hand-to-hand combat and is one of the best hand-to-hand combatants in the Marvel universe. He is also an expert on just about every gun and any other weapon. He, also like Captain America, has had military training; and Winter Soldier is one of the best assassins in all of Marvel.
Jason Todd, aka the Red Hood, was once a Robin, the sidekick of Batman, until he was killed by the Joker. He was later brought back to life by the Lazarus Pit. After getting revived, he became the anti-hero persona called Red Hood. So, because he was once a Robin, he was trained by Batman, who would taught Jason many, if not all, forms of hand-to-hand combat. Red Hood also has some of the best stamina, endurance, strength, and speed a human being could ask for. Along with that, he is trained to use all weapons, and he will use any weapon (except a crowbar). Red Hood is also able to be a threat for Batman.
Who do I think would win?
Once again, we've got a tough fight on our hands. Red Hood definitely has the advantage in terms of hand-to-hand combat, but Winter Soldier has the jump on strength. Speed, stamina, and endurance is pretty much equal. And they both are highly trained weapon users. Ultimately, I believe Winter Soldier will win, though, because of his metal arm.
What do you think, though?
The Winter Soldier or Red Hood?
So, overall, what do you think? Do you disagree on any of my choices for who would win each battle? Or did I hit the target? Comment below and let your thoughts be known! Until next time, Goodbye and thanks for reading!!!!
