There are two things that I love the most: superheroes and writing. And it's great whenever I do something that involves both.

Hello! Today, I am giving my first theory on how Joker and Harley Quinn's relationship is going to be shown in Suicide Squad. We all know the both of them as one of many comic book couples, but in Suicide Squad, they don't seem as the couple that you would normally see them as. So, let's get started!

The Beginning

It starts with Dr. Harleen Quinzel having a normal day working at Arkham Asylum when all of a sudden some armed men come in and shoot up the place. She is then taken to a medical room and strapped to a chair, with Joker coming in saying "Oh I'm not gonna kill ya. I'm just gonna hurt ya. Really, really bad."

Then after all this torture, she turns into Harley Quinn. She and Joker have the time of their lives, and both of them decide to kidnap Jason Todd and while Joker beats him, she laughs and laughs the whole time. She then tells Joker that they better leave cause Batman's heading towards their direction, thus leaving Jason to die as they escape in Joker's car. As she sees Batman on top of the car, she drops my favorite line, "Hope ya got insurance.", cause she knows that Batman found out about Jason. They somehow escape but after awhile, Harley begins to realize that maybe Jason's death caused a separation between them.

The End?

Then one day, she decides that she's had enough. She tells Joker to pull off to the side of the road, and argues with him about their relationship not working out. She tries to shoot him with his gun, and this is what happened...

After that, she leaves him on the spot, dresses up in her costume, and most likely does something stupid to get away from Joker and ends up in Belle Reve Penitentiary. Now, most people think Joker's the villain of the movie, so when Amanda Waller says that Joker needs to be taken down, Harley quickly agrees to join the Squad to hunt Joker down. And she will be the one to make him feel how Jason felt when Joker beat him.

What did you think of my theory? Is it good or bad? Could I have added or taken something out? If so, tell me in the comments section below and make sure to like, comment, share, and follow. Thanks for reading!
