To avoid fainting, keep repeating 'It's only a movie...It's only a movie...'

Cast your mind back to 2004. You're watching The Disney Channel and gearing up to visit a very early noughties version of the future - it's 2121 with Phil of the Future.

Get ready for all of the nostalgia feels in this potent 48 seconds of pure, pure childhood...

If you loved Phil of the Future, you'll remember Pimilla 'Pim' Nicole Diffy, played by cute little kid Amy Bruckner.

Now, it's hardly surprising that she's grown up over the past decade or so, but what's amazing is how very different she looks! Honestly, I couldn't believe that this was the same person...

Amy Bruckner herself commented amusedly on her transformation, telling HuffPost;

"I do look a lot different than I did as a 13-year-old. I'm no longer perfectly spherical like I was on the show. I think that throws people off, but I mean people who knew me when I was a kid [in Los Angeles] don’t recognize me when I see them."

Here Instagram is a place of similar wonders...

What a change! Don't worry, though - Amy Bruckner is still packing that cool, happy-go-lucky attitude that we loved her for on Phil of the Future. She joked that, having visited the year 2121, she knows a thing or two about the future:

"I think there's a lot of spray food, so it's easy to eat whatever you want. World hunger has ended. And there's no such thing as war anymore, and we live in this wonderland of equality."

Awesome!

After finishing filming on Phil of the Future, Amy Bruckner studied human rights at NYU and backpacked around Europe, where she had a joyful moment of realization in a crowded bar in Germany; she really does love and want to pursue acting as a career.

Since returning from her world adventuring, Amy's already appeared in the movie The Assault on Lifetime, though she says that her main focus points right now are "Eating, sleeping and women's rights."

Little Pim, we salute you! Check out what the rest of the Phil of the Future Cast look like now...
