We have always wanted to see a film that shows us how Hogwarts was founded by four of the greatest wizards and witches in history.
So if Warner Bros. were to ever produce said film, these are the actors and actresses I think would be perfect to play the four founders.
Tom Hiddleston - Salazar Slytherin
Who else could be better cast as Salazar Slytherin, than Tom Hiddleston. Seriously, we have witnessed Tom's acting skills as a villain in the MCU and he is the kind of cunning and cynical antagonist that we want to see in every movie. Plus, he definetely has the look and we know he can pull off green!
James McAvoy - Godric Gryffindor
The members of the house of Gryffindor are defined by their bravery, loyalty and good heart, and James McAvoy portrayed those qualities to perfection in his role of Charles Xavier in X- Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past. And since the lion represents this house, he can sport that long hair and beard for the character.
Natalie Dormer - Helga Hufflepuff
The most popular representations of Helga Hufflepuff are as a kind-looking lady, sometimes a bit chubby and sometimes with blonde hair, but if we had to choose an actress to play a young Helga, I would choose Natalie Dormer, no question at all. As Queen Margaery in HBO's Game of Thrones, she shows justice, patience and honesty (as much honesty as she can), which are some of the principal traits of the members of house Hufflepuff.
Marion Cotillard - Rowena Ravenclaw
Rowena Ravenclaw is known for her intelligence and knowledge, and Marion Cotillard embodies those qualities to perfection in her role as Talia Al-Ghul. Just like Rowena, Marion is a beautiful woman who is ambitious, smart and highly motivated in the pursuit of her goals.
They could be the perfect cast to play the founders of Hogwarts and we'll just hope that J.K. and Warner decide to take it to the big screen.
Meanwhile, don't forget to tell us...
