A few months back, CBS Entertainment chairman, Nina Tessler talked about the possibility of a Supergirl crossover with CW's shows Arrow and The Flash.

“That’s a different network so I think we're going to keep Supergirl to ourself right now.”

At that time, a meeting of our heroes on screen seemed compromised. Plus, Greg Berlanti appeared also pessimistic, as he said:

"The network has said publicly at this point they’re going to keep her to themselves. I always approach the shows as a fan first, so I would love to see it. I think in success, all things are possible. But there’s a lot that would have to happen before everybody might say yes to that."

Today, at the TCA event, we got more informations on the future of Supergirl and Nina Tessler buried even more fans hope by saying:

“We have not had conversations about the crossovers, but we are doing crossover promotions,”

After that any chances of a crossover seemed kaput. However, a few minutes later, IGN Executive Director, Eric Goldman tweeted a different information:

According to him, a Supergirl crossover with Arrow and The Flash is still on the table at CBS. If a crossover was meant to happen, I don't see it coming before Supergirl Season 2. I think that CBS really want to establish his new heroine and her universe before thinking of any crossover.

The possibilities of the multiverse could allow that to happen but for now we can only hope to see our heroes together on-screen.

For me, it would be a waste to not take advantage of all the superhero TV shows we have right now by isolating them from one another. Supergirl and also the upcoming Titans show could really benefit from the exposition of other shows.

I'd like to have your opinion ! Tell me what you think below !
