It is without a doubt that Mrs. Monique Dupree is one of the hardest working women in social media today. At just the tender age of 40, continues to stay on top of the media lime-light with her promising acting and modeling career. Some of her film work includes, Post Mortem America 2021, Plan 9 and her newest titled, “Shadowhunters: Devilspeak” will debut this September 12th at the Newark Comic Con in New Jersey. Returning back to her roots, Monique D. tells it wasn’t easy growing up as a city kid with constant school transfers and frequent school fights, but from the trials of fire, made her polished to a shine and thick skin.
Her fascination of horror films was an instant love for the medium and has been rarely argued as fans titled her the first black scream queen of horror. Better known to endearing fans as, “Tha’ Original Gata,” she blows the doors of the horror film industries as she exhort more lead film roles to black actresses than accustomed traditional choice. Surrounded by her loving family of 10 children and supportive husband, Anthony St. Thomas, took some time off from her busy valet schedule with House of Hardcore Wrestling to speak with MoviePilot in this exclusive one and one interview with reporter, Brian A.
