We all bursted in joy when we recently found out that Spider-Man will be joining the MCU and the garbage series that called itself the Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 was rebooting, sorry Andrew Garfield. We also know that our new web slinger will be Tom Holland and our director will be Jon Watts. I can't imagine Spidey in better hands than Marvel, so I know they will do it right like they have with everything else. With Spider-Man popping onto the big screen for the sixth time in [Captain America: Civil War](tag:994409) and his own solo movie in 2017, what do we or should I say, should we be coming our ways when it comes out.

Can Marvel get this part right?
Can Marvel get this part right?

The Costume

One of the only things The Amazing Spider-Man 2 got right was the costume, it looked pretty good. Marvel is looking to make the best Spider-Man costume yet and make it the most faithful to the comics. Feige said that the Spider-Man suit will be

"different than any of the ones that have come before."

Hopefully that means we will either get the classic red and black or red and blue suit. We know that right now Spider-Man has been Spider-Man for a while now and is swinging through the city in a homemade suit. That's probably one of the two suits we are told we're getting in Civil War. The second suit will most likely be made by Tony Stark to be the classic suit and that will be the suit we will see in the future of the Spider-Man movies.

You know what it is I love about being Spider-Man? Everything!

Peter Parker/Spider-Man's Wit

Spider-Man and Peter Parker have a wit that we don't want to be missing out on. Marvel has lighter-toned movies and Spider-Man is probably the lightest superhero so it lines up. Spider-Man should be cracking jokes but have awesome action scenes and have dramatic moments. Luckily it sounds like Marvel and Sony will get this right when the screenwriters, John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein, have made all of us fans tingle inside a little bit.

He’s a sharp kid and witty and kind of deals with the fact that he’s an outcast and a geek through humor. It is sort of the safety net for geeks like us, so I think we can totally relate to where he’s coming from. As well as the superpowers, which we also have.

Peter Parker should be a total geek and I'm very excited to see that.

Becoming an Avenger

One of the things the other two trilogies didn't have was Spider-Man interacting with other heroes. We finally get to see it. Even though he's already going to have been Spider-Man for a while when we meet him, he's not going to be an expert. He will still be learning his new powers. Unlike the other movies, instead of becoming responsible to himself, he's training to be an avenger. I cannot wait to see him being trained by Iron Man and S.H.I.E.L.D. That is what is rumored for the movie. Spidey will eventually stand along Cap and the rest of the gang and hopefully they develop this.

Let's hope it's actually not a CAMEO!

Daily Bugle and Oscorp: The Iconics

Okay, first with the Daily Bugle. Let's hope it's IN THIS MOVIE! The Amazing Spider-Man didn't think it was needed and to put too much emphasis on Oscorp, but we'll get to that in a second. The Daily Bugle was supposed to be the source of news in Daredevil Season 1, but they didn't have the rights at the time. I love Daredevil and hopefully the Bugle will come to play in Season 2. Anyways, the Daily Bugle will not just have an important role in the Spider-Man trilogy but in the whole MCU in its entirety. It will be the source of all the news going on with the Avengers. Hopefully in Civil War, the Bugle will be reporting on the scenes of Iron Man punching Cap in his "perfect teeth", and that's where Peter Parker's place will be. Spider-Man AND Peter Parker are reported to be in Civil War next year. Hopefully J. Jonah Jameson will be too. Hopefully my dreams come true and J.K. Simmons will reprise his role, but that's a slight chance. I have my trust in Marvel when it comes to casting, even when I'm skeptical about young Aunt May. We will also probably also see the Osbornes and Oscorp. One of my biggest problems with Webb's Spider-Man movies was that everything revolved around Oscorp. All of the villains and plot points, and the comics are not like that. When we eventually meet the Green Goblin, sure, show us Oscorp. What I don't want to see is Oscorp everywhere like it was in the Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2.

The best rogue gallery, sorry Batman.

The Villain

And yes, there is no "s" on villain. This is probably one of the most important things on my list. Spider-Man probably has the biggest and baddest rogue gallery along with Batman, so they have to make it good. Also, what Spider-Man 3 and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 showed was that you can't have 3 villains in a movie, at least 3 new ones. Maybe if there was one new one and two old ones came back or some rare case, it could work, but you CANNOT develop 3 new villains in one movie along with all the other character and plot development, it just can't happen. Also, there is so many of them, I don't just want to see the Green Goblin again, don't get me wrong, I want to see the Green Goblin in the MCU, but we can save him for another movie. Luckily Marvel feels the same way.

Right now we’re interested in seeing villains we haven’t seen before.

That feels very reassuring but probably the main bad thing with the MCU, not to knit-pick, it's almost perfect, is that some of the villains don't live up to the movie's greatness, because come on, the movies are pretty damn great. Now, a lot of people say most of the villains suck. Well, we have Loki, Red Skull, Winter Soldier, Thanos, Ultron, the list goes on. I don't know why people think Ultron and Age of Ultron is not good in general, it's not perfect but one of my favorite villains and movies of the MCU, so if you guys tell me to write about it, I will, along with anything else, of course. Anyways, some of the villains can be bland so hopefully Marvel takes Spider-Man's villains with great thought and development because they are the greatest. But now, which villain? There have been rumors about Kraven the Hunter being the villain, but I don't think that's true and I'll tell you why. This is going to be a 'John Hughes' movie like we said before, it's going to be light- hearted. Kraven is one of the darker villains, he would be a good villain for the third movie, not the first. Read Kraven's Last Hunt and you'll know what I'm talking about when I say dark. I think what I want to see, other people want to see, and what is probably a very likely choice is: Mysterio. He's one of my favorite villains and would be perfect for this new Spider-Man movie.

Spider-Man will be released on July 28, 2017.

Thanks guys for reading my first article!

Who do you guys think will make a great villain in the new Spider-Man movie?
